Please note that the colors of products displayed on digital screens may appear slightly different due to variations in screen resolution, display settings, and lighting conditions. Additionally, physical products may exhibit minor color differences compared to what is seen on screens due to manufacturing processes, material textures, and individual product characteristics.

We strive to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions on our platforms; however, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between digital representations and the physical product. Such variations in color are beyond our control and are a natural outcome of the production and display process.

I recommend designing a card in a 3.55"x2.05" (landscape) or 2.05"x3.55" (portrait) rectangle. This will prevent any blank spaces from being printed on the edges.

You may choose to generate your own QR code for your link, or you can omit adding one and copy & paste your URL when you order.

Use images with at least 300 dpi to prevent pixelation and/or blurry results.

Since the card is small, I recommend limiting text. You usually don't want text to be smaller than 8 pts.

Thin fonts are nice, but may not be as legible when the text is smaller than 8 pts. Choose your font wisely.

You may want to stay away from using photos with large groups of people. In a small format like this, faces may become blurry or undefined.

Processing can take up to 3-5 business days.

We do our best to process orders as fast as possible without compromising quality. With this in mind, due to the nature of this product we do ask that you check your emails regularly for updates regarding your order.

We will send mock-ups through your email for your review before printing. If we do not get a response within 2 business days, we will assume there are no issues with the draft and complete your order.

We use pre-treated aluminum blanks for sublimation. They are double-sided with a glossy finish.

Shipping

It can take up to 3-5 business days to process orders. Once shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Any delays in delivery are out of our control and should be addressed with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX (depending on which shipping options you choose at checkout).

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
