Here are the steps to applying a vinyl decal:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly and let it dry.
2. Gather a squeegee or similar tool.
3. Place the decal face-down and rub the backing paper gently.
4. Peel off the backing paper slowly, making sure the vinyl sticks to the transfer tape.
5. Position the decal, secure it with masking tape as a hinge, and flip it up.
6. Press the decal firmly onto the surface using the squeegee, starting from the center outwards.
7. Peel off the transfer tape carefully at a sharp angle.
8. Smooth out the decal and check for air bubbles or edges needing extra pressing.
9. Let the decal sit for 24 hours before washing or exposing it to extreme conditions.

1. **Cleaning**: Use a mild detergent or soap and water solution to clean the surface where the decal is applied. Gently wipe the area with a soft cloth or sponge, avoiding abrasive materials that could scratch the decal.

2. **Avoid Abrasive Cleaners**: Refrain from using harsh or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the decal's surface and affect its adhesive properties.

3. **Be Gentle**: When cleaning around the decal, be gentle to avoid lifting or peeling the edges. Pat dry rather than rubbing vigorously to prevent any potential damage.

4. **Avoid High Pressure**: Refrain from using high-pressure washers directly on the decal, as the forceful water stream may cause the edges to lift or damage the decal.

5. **Protect from Extreme Conditions**: Shield the decal from prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions, such as intense sunlight, heavy rain, or snow. Extreme conditions can cause fading or affect the adhesive, potentially causing it to weaken.

6. **Use Caution with Scrapers or Sharp Objects**: Avoid using sharp objects or scrapers near the edges of the decal, as they can cause damage or lead to peeling.

Shipping

It can take up to 3-5 business days to process orders. Once shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Any delays in delivery are out of our control and should be addressed with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX (depending on which shipping options you choose at checkout).

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
